Each tree is unique in its own way, and every tree has an interesting story to tell. The goal of this app is to make the people realize the importance of each tree and start building a personal connection with them.

Forests cover about 30% of the planet, but deforestation is clearing these essential habitats on a massive scale. One and a half acres of forest is cut down every second.

The app starts off by suggesting a list of trees nearby
The user can choose either list or map view
The filter helps to shortlist the number of trees
The app also directs the user to the location of the tree

Identify with simple steps

Through Image processing and Visual recognition technology, the app identifies the type of tree by asking you to take pictures of Leaf, Bark, and the Whole tree.

Learn the story

The app provides information about each tree to make the user realize that each tree has a story to tell.
This will help them to create a personal connection with the tree.

Know the importance of the tree in the society. Each species of the tree has its own value.

Send a donation to plant a tree

With the incentive got by visiting each tree, the user will be eligible to send a donation to plant a real tree. The app partners with tree planting organization and sends a donation in the user's name to plant a real tree on the planet Earth.

Engage users by creating a fun experience

To make the app a fun way to learn about the trees, the concept of birds, seeds, and nests was introduced.

Step 1

Choose Bird

Each user is a bird.
The user can choose their bird type.

Step 2

Collect Seeds

The bird(User) visits each tree and collect seeds.
Whenever the user adds a tree, he/she gets points in the form of seeds.

Step 3

Build Nest

When a bird builds nest in a tree, it becomes the protector of that tree. The protector can name the tree
In order to build a nest, the user should spend seeds and visit that tree more than the previous protector does.

Step 4

Donate

When the bird(user) protects specific number trees, he/she will be eligible to send donation to plant a real tree.
