Problem

  • Art museums are not geared towards children
  • Usually the actual exhibition space and art activities are separated
  • Art museums are not as engaging as other types of museums
  • Parents think they are not ready or their kids are too young

Solution

To achieve balance between technology and an actual exhibition space, it is important to include a variety of activities for children 3 – 6 years old.          Muse House integrates physical and digital interaction to engage and inspire creativity in young audiences.

Muse House provides an activity kit: white cardboard stepping stool, activity cards and crayons. By scanning the cards with a mobile device, children unlock new games and activities.

  • keep engagement in actual space
  • foster creativity
  • additional interactions
  • educates about art
  • keep interest in art

Stepping Stool

White cardboard stepping stool limits children's desire to touch artworks and
increases their engagement into actual exhibition space.

Stepping stool increases children's eye level which also make positive impact on the museum experience.

Cardboard is cheap and recyclable material, easily affordable for museums.
