Newlyweds always feel overwhelming in preparation for the wedding reception, especially the purchase of wedding drinks.
It is often difficult for them to determine what kind of wine to buy to better fit the theme of the wedding banquet, and how much wine to buy is sufficient to support the consumption of the wedding reception. More importantly, how can they make their wine purchase plan both affordable and fit the theme of the wedding banquet.

Persona

Mrs. Joy is preparing for her wedding and struggles with what kind and how many wines she should buy. She wants to use this app to help her make a better decision about wine purchases. She hopes to spend the least amount of money to buy the most suitable wine that will satisfy the guests, and fit with her wedding theme.

Final Design

User flow 1 - Add wedding information 

By adding wedding information, the system can recommend wines to you based on your wedding location, season, wedding theme and your preference of wines.

User Flow 2 - Build the wine list and purchase plan.

Users can select the wines they like among the recommendation and add them to the draft wine list, once they confirm the wine list, the app will generate purchase plans for the user. Tell users the total price of the purchase plans and which one is the cheapest or more fit with the theme.

User Flow 3 - Make an on-site tasting appointment.

Users can choose to send their wine list to the local Total Wine stores to set up an on-site wine tasting appointment. In this way, they can make a better decision about their final wine purchasing.
