A wine tasting survey tool for employees and customers to get feedback.

Prompt:

Make an easy wine tasting survey tool for Total Wine employees and customers to capture feedback. Help employees check more feedbacks from other stores.

Problem:

Wine tasting results rely too heavily on the memory of customers. It’s difficult for staff to gather customer feedbacks after holding a wine tasting.

Solution:

Make a platform to help employees create wine tastings and gather survey feedback.  

Objectives

Manage wine tastings through the platform. Employees can customize basic info, wines and survey. 

Customers can fill the survey when they tasting wines. The survey results will be saved and sent to both employees and customers.

Employees can check other stores’ survey results. That will help them have a better understanding about wines.

Persona

Joseph is a Total Wine employee. He has been working here for two years. He is passionate about serving customers. He loves to listen to customers and hopes to recommend them to suitable wines. But it is difficult for customers to remember their preferences through memory. Joseph sometimes gets confused with it. 

Competitive Analysis

User Case 1

As an employee, I want to easily create a wine tasting in a few steps. I also want to check all my past, ongoing and upcoming wine tastings. It would save much time if I can manage all these results on a digital tool.

User Case 2

When I ask my customers if they would like to fill out a survey with $10 off, they always say, "Why not?" I want my survey educational and interesting, so that my customers will finish the survey quickly.

User Case 3

Total Wine has 202 stores in 24 States. It would be nice if I could check survey results from other stores. That will hlep me make a better connection with my job.

Design Breakdown

This app has potential on other part, design breakdown will help us know the Wine Not better. Also, visual choice is a very important part for this project.

Conclusion

This survey tool will help employees work in Total Wine more simply and cooperatively with customers and other Total Wine stores. It will also bring a grand new wine tasting experience to Total Wine customers.
