Problem

Having the traditional way of recording wine tasting data on paper is not efficient enough either during tasting or after when reviewing.

Solution

Design an easy using survey app for staff records customer preferences during wine tasting & share the outcome with them.

Objective

Create quick survey for wine tasting. Inkdol allows users to add wines by easy searches (Photo / Scan/ Voice & type Inputs) & it will auto - pair surveys with each wine.

Make survey visually fun. Inkdol mad sure to explore fun & vivually preasant way of answering questions by having unique animated interactions.

Multiple users taking surveys at the same time. Staffs will choose user numbers before staring the survey, and each users can access the survey on different devices by scanning codes.

Kate has 5 scheduled tastings today, sh she decided to pre-created 2 of them just to save some time. There are 3 ways of adding & searching wines;

1: take photos or scan the bottle

2: voice input

3: the old fashion way of typing

Kate can add numbers of user who is going to be taking the surveys after adding the wines. By clicking the Grey "scan" Icon will allow users to access they survey on other devices also automatilly keep. a record of final result.

Kate will be able to view all users statues of wine surveys & switching between them.

By scanning to access the survey, each user will only see their surveys. Therefore information will not be shared.

After finishing the surveys, Kate can easily share today's event feedback with their customers through emails or by scanning code. Kate feels now she works more efficient since she will not need to  machine copy paper wine tasting lists for their customers every events & no more transfering information to digital computers. Because you know with paper files, more time cosuming and less efficiency.
