Instrument need a tool to facilitate their bi-annual performance review, so that it can help improve personal growth in the company.

 

PROBLEM

The lack of accessible planning and tracking of the employees’ goals and achievements lead to the difficulty in doing performance reviews and generating expansion plan for individual development.

 

SOLUTION

Creating a system where the employees can set monthly goals, mark their progress and achievements, and their personal growth can be visualized and tracked based on the achievements. The useful information will be collected to help them fill the bi-anual performance reviews.

The monthly goals can be generated from their expansion plans, and integrate with ongoing projects or any other events. The information of completion rate, achievements and the skills involved in the process will be utilized to fill the self-assessment forms. 

Provide a dashboard visualizing the personal growth data for the employees to track the trends and gain insights for generating future expansion plan.

Employees can give any real-time feedback on each other’s achievements or ongoing events, and this information can be collected to help them fill the peer evaluation forms.
