What are the objectives of this project?

From the list of different user groups needs, my primary focus was on providing a tool for employees to learn additional skills from peers and empower each other.

What was the approach?

Finding the audience to see which user group could use this application to the fullest.

I designed a persona of a user, named Tejas, who is "old school" types yet loves to explore modern world. He prefers learning by meeting people personally and could clear his doubts on-the-spot. He is an achiever and likes to set goals for himself.

Use Case 1

Assume an employee, Tejas, is working at Instrument. He is good at designing mobile applications, but wants to get exposure in Web Designing field. He prefers learning in-person. He goes to SkillsPro, sets a goal of a week to learn basics of web designing and requests his peer for a meeting. Let's see how this works.

Use Case 2

Tejas is learning "Communication" skill from a peer named Maria Right. He feels he should check out the notes to see what he learned so far in the meeting and if there is any "to-do-list" given by Maria.
