Instrument HR department spends substantial effort and time to facilitate creating, scheduling, and tracking progress during the performance evaluation process rather than contributing to the evaluation of reviews and personal development.

Create an organizational structure that shows the team, individual, and leader level, which allows HR easier to follow the status and more simple and clear to trace progress.

HR can highlight the key point which associate the answer of the problems of performance review, which assists leader easier to digest the document.

Use live chat to give quick assistant for employees or communicate with colleagues and leaders which accelerate the performance review process.

Interaction Ideations

Based on researches and the needs of the user, I explored interaction ideations for design.

The exploration process helps me find the optimal solution. Owing to heavy stuff needed admins to deal with, on the next step, I chose to use card-based interaction layout. Card-based layout certifies clear and efficient reading of information, which is significant to admins.
