BRIEF
Instrument wants to facilitate valuable conversations in order to create a greater opportunity and empower one another based on their goals and growth in the Performance Review.
Many Instrument employees struggle integrating their performance review with their daily work schedule. How can we help employees complete their performance reiview in a timely and organized manner.
Create a system based on review form questions. The system will incorporate past experiences and important data components. This will not only break down the review questions into manageble tasks but will give supporting information to assist Instrument employees in answering the questions.

OBJECTIVES
Based on the employee needs my system will communicate these three objectives in order to achieve the solution.
Completion
Help employees complete their Performance Review in timely manner by providing question of the day. Questions will be divided based on the duration they received the forms.
History
Employees will be able to access collected projects they have completed in the past in order to help assist them in answering the review questions.
Birds Eye View
Get an overview of how much process is completed in the Performance Review forms. Smart ranking system will encourage employees to complete the question of the day. See overall where everyone is at.
EDIT
Question of the Day is a form simplified and divided up within the duration employees are given. Each question comes up through a chat messenger. Employees have opportunity to edit previous answer if wanted. To see future questions, user can scroll up and answer more to get ahead of themselves before the due date.

LOOK BACK
Assist employees in answering the question by toggling between History and Question of the Day feature. Employees can download, share, rename any documents in History feature.

AUTOSAVE
Like instant chat, every message is saved and documented onto the review forms. After certain duration, system will ask employee if they have finished answering the question. Depending on the answer the system will either redirect the user or stay on the same screen. Employees can always go back and edit their answers by scrolling.
OVERVIEW
After submitting answer to the chat, employees will be redirected to see an overview of how much they have completed and their ranking within their team.

Overall, this web application aims to help Instrument employees integrate and complete their Performance Reivew in a timely and organized manner with the use of different features offered in this web application. This project has brought me new challenges, being that it is my first web application. Having this opportunity to create and problem solve a users need helped me gain a better insight.
