THE PROBLEM

Administration cannot easily track, create, manage and view employee performance reviews throughout the entire process, from past reviews to current review periods.

THE SOLUTION

Create a desktop dashboard-based application where Administration can track, create, manage and view process reviews for easy contact with both employees and leaders throughout the performance review process.

OBJECTIVES

Based on the needs list provided by Instrument, I created three main objectives for the project, one for each main user group

Receive meeting invite and view notations from administration before meeting with employee

Tertiary – Employee

View strengths and weaknesses from previous years and view employee pairs
