Create an approach to enhance the employee's growth through improving the performance evaluation system. 

Problem

The employees could have the chance to give a peer review to someone they don't fully know based on limited information. This might cause the low quality of the reviews due to the superficial opinion on the peers.

Solution

Create an integrated platform which provides each employees’ profile with related information about the experience they had in the company to make the review more intuitive and solidify the connection between the employees.

Christie wants to know more about Dustin before she starts the peer review for him, so she takes a look at his information and the project he has done. After knowing Dustin more, she then writes his peer review.

There are only 12 days left to submit the evaluation. Christie wants to know her progress and continue the self-assessment section.

Design Breakdown

Conclusion

The project is about connecting the employees by providing information. Although the system could not solve all the problem of the current approach, it still addresses a part of the core issue in the progress. There are still a lot of opportunities in the design to enlarge the benefit it could give.

Thanks for INSTRUMENT to gave us the opportunity to take part in the project which allows me to learn how to consider clients' demand and meet users needs at the same time.
