Problem
INSTRUMENT company has two HR managers to do the review for about 170 employees. They need to finish a lot of work in a tight schedule. So they need assistance to manage information that they gather from employees and to push the process.
Prompt
Create an admin system for INSTRUMENT so HR managers can manage their performance review process easier.
Objectives
- The system should provide HR managers with easy access to the profile of each employee.
- The system should present the process of employees and HR actions needed.
- The system should allow HR managers to create and assign forms easily.
Solution
Create a to-do-list panel for HR managers in the dashboard so they can finish the most urgent tasks. Use a filter to manage different process of employees. Provide quick access to create a new form in the dashboard.
