INSTRUMENT needs a more effective performance review tool to enhance individuals grow in their company.
Employees are usually busy, so the performance reviews of themselves and peers can be time-consuming and they also need schedule time to complete performance reviews tasks.
Provide schedule and review process for employees to know how to arrange the time to complete tasks of performance review. When answer review questions, using dynamic forms and simple rating icons to reduce the time spent in answer questions. The words that appear repeatedly in the comments of performance review could be extracted and automatically generated keywords card. In this way, the general evaluation of employees' performance can be read easily and quickly.
