THE
SOLUTION

Our team created an immersive underwater environment using interactive projections and AR technology. Visitors interacted with virtual fish and learned how to make an impact on plastic pollution.
The main interaction consists of an underwater reef scene projected on to two large screens. Visitors were onboarded on to the game while the reef starts to get more polluted. Their mission was to clean the reef and bring it back to life by using their phones to reel in the trash.

For an additional experience, users interacted with AR fish that represent species of fish that are affected by the pollution of the reefs.
As a way to continue the moment of The Reef, visitors were able to take home the AR technology with them by downloading an IOS or Android app after their visit.

For an eductaional take-home experience, users are able to interact with AR fish that represent species of fish that are affected by the pollution of the reefs.
After you install the app, download the target image and print it out. Make sure the room is well lit and hold your smartphone towards the image. Watch as the animals come to life in front of you and interactwith them using the buttons on the screen.
